It began in the heart of Sri Lanka’s misty hill country, in a sprawling tea garden that was our playground, our classroom, and our inheritance. We are Luvi and Luvee — a brother and sister bound by a shared childhood and a deep love for the art of tea.
Our grandparents taught us that the land has a soul, and that every tea leaf carries the memory of the sun, the rain, and the hands that nurtured it. From an early age, we learned that tea is not merely grown or produced — it is cared for, respected, and patiently understood.
Luvee, my sister, was always the dreamer — the one with an innate connection to the earth. She spent her days wandering through the gardens, learning the silent language of the leaves and observing the vital dance of the bees. She understood instinctively that the secret to the finest tea was not in taking from nature, but in partnering with it. Luvee represents Nature in our promise.
As we grew older, we came to recognize the gift we held. Luvee carried a deep understanding of the natural world, while I was driven by a commitment to preserve our heritage and the traditions passed down through generations. Together, we realized that this story — this way of life — deserved to be shared.
Luvi & Luvee was born from that realization.
It is the fusion of our two passions: a brand that honors the wild purity of the tea garden while celebrating the meticulous craft of the tea maker. Every blend we create is a conversation between the two of us — a quiet harmony of nature and tradition, sealed with the love of a family.
